The Polymer Reaction Design group strives for the development of new materials via state of the art polymer synthesis methods. From fundamentals and kinetics of polymerizations to the design of new polymer reaction pathways, all elemental steps are addressed and custom-made materials are constructed. 

The PRD group is looking for new PhD candidates with a strong background in organic and polymer chemistry! Candidates with a strong interest in the interface of software engineering, machine learning and chemical synthesis automation are also strongly encouraged to apply.
